Shipping Info.
BabyNew Inc. ships directly to customers nationwide through UPS. Every order includes a tracking number that is automatically assigned once your order ships.
All customers have the option of shipping via ground, 2nd day or overnight. UPS does not ship on Sundays or holidays. Saturday deliveries can be made for an additional charge.
Warranty, Repairs & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the product(s) is damaged during shipping, products purchased directly from this website may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. However, BabyNew Inc. will not assume responsibility for damage to the product(s) that was the result of misuse or beyond reasonable usage expectations.
BabyNew Inc. will cover the shipping costs on products returned for an exchange or refund. All products returned for a refund will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s). Refunds can only be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card or store credit.
To return a product, simply send the product back with a brief note as to the reason for the return as well as your name, order number, or some other means of identifying your purchase. Our return address is:
